Timothy Mahoney - President
A Construction Manager, with a strong track record of successfully completing residential and commercial jobs in the Tri-state area ranging from $50,000 to $75,000,000 in a time and cost efficient manner. The combination of his exemplary work ethic, hands-on leadership qualities, and strong communication skills affords the successful management of hundreds of workers at one time. Many of the most iconic buildings in NYC in the last decade, have been managed and built by Timothy Mahoney. Additional strengths include over 20 years of experience in the industry, strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to identify potential problems and implement sound value engineering solutions at an early stage.
Michael Theis - Director of Construction
A Project Manager, with a MEP Superintendent background, Michael Theis developed experience in all aspects of construction over the last decade, Structural Concrete and Construction Management being the most predominant. Michael Theis has been part of many extraordinary buildings throughout his career, amounting to over 4,000,000 Square Feet, where his role was proven to be invaluable by displaying many leadership qualities amongst which communication skills, time and man Management, along with impeccable work ethic and attentiveness to all of the client’s demands. As Director of Construction for TPK Construction & Design, Michael applies all the above to guide our clients every step of the way, from concept and pre-construction to topping off a building or turning the key, depending on the project.
